Price Match

We guarantee to always provide our customers with the best possible pricing. 

If you find another online store with a lower price than us please let us know, simply email us at sales@advancedtools.com.au with a link to the same product on a competitor's website.

Once we have a chance to verify the pricing on the competitors website and the below criteria has been met, we will match or beat the price you found. It's that simple!

There is of course, a few things we need to mention. 

• The final price. Any shipping charges and or taxes or other fees that the comparison site charges will be added on to the final price. 

• The item must be sold by an authorised reseller of that brand. While we are happy to look at offers from market places, not all market place sellers are authorised dealers. So we may not be able to price match in that case. 

• We can only price match items that are in stock and available on the competitors website. If an item is out of stock or on back-order on the comparison site we may decline a price match. 

• Price match is only available before placing your order. We do not back date a price match if you have already made your purchase.

• We can refuse a price match should we feel that the comparison item is not genuine or if it is being sold at or below cost price
