Suitable For:
HVACR condensers, evaporators, radiators, intercoolers, EV thermal management heat exchangers, and all bare metals.
How to Use - Viper Aerosol Injector Coil Coating - RT640A
- Power Off: Ensure all power is turned off or disconnected.
- Safety Gear: Always wear protective gloves, goggles, and clothing. Operate in well-ventilated areas. Ideal ambient temperatures for use are above 10°C and below 32°C.
- Preparation: Clean the coil or metal surface with Viper Brite (RT300G) to eliminate any surface oxidation.
- Rinsing: Rinse thoroughly and allow the surface to dry completely.
- Application: Hold the can approximately 50 mm from the target surface. Apply a single, even coat to both the front and back of the coil and all exposed metal parts for enhanced protection.
- Drying Time: Allow 30 – 60 minutes for drying. Full curing time may vary depending on weather conditions.
