Mastercool - 12 Month Warranty

All of our brands are covered by an Australian warranty, so if you have any manufacturing faults, defects or issue, we have you covered.

Mastercool Inc.® warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of invoice to the original purchaser only. This warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, improper neglect or progressive wear and tear. Warranty becomes valid to the original user when this form and proof of purchase is submitted within 30 days of purchase. Warranty claims within one year warranty will be repair or replace up to the discretion of Mastercool.
